Sarbanes-Oxley Conference with The SEC - Basic Information





Sarbanes Oxley is and will be for a long time an issue with which public companies will somehow have to deal with. Wether they choose going through their IT department to comply with Section 404 or they just hire more people to supervise everybody else, the end result must still be the same. And it can be done in such a way that it can benefit the compnay itself on a long term.

The Conference on Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 is done with the support of the SEC and FEI. Its purpose is to solidify that companies are 100% compliant with the SOX requirements through case study presentations from best industry achievements so far.

This is more of an invitation to participate to this unique event, and I say unique since SEC will be there answering your questions.
