This job requires a strong financial background. Specific minimum skills include a good working knowledge of GAAP and accounting procedures, as well as internal controls which impact financial reporting. The candidate will also be expected to have good proficiency in Word and Excel. A CPA is preferred.

A working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Sections 302 and 404.
Experience with Access, Visio, MSA, etc.. is beneficial but not required.
Morgage banking or financial institution experience a plus
Working knowledge of SFAS 133, and / or SFAS 140
