Our client a Consulting and Professional Services Organization is looking to add a senior player to its Senior Management team because of its rapid growth in many different lines of business they are involved in now including Sarbanes - Oxley, Internal Audit framework, and Audit committee guidance, and forensic accounting etc… The salary for this position is $130-150K plus a 25% bonus. This person could live in the tri-state area but must have the ability to drive to Parsippany, NJ once a week where the company’s headquarters is located. MANAGING DIRECTOR 404/ Internal Audit

10 -15 years of experience
CPA
Sarbanes Oxley management experience
Experience working for Big 4 or equivalent
Extensive Internal or External Audit experience
Strong internal control background
Ability to run a project team of 5+ people
Experience developing COSO-based risk analyses
Can plan an internal control engagements
Ability to facilitate process narrative meetings, develop audit programs and prepare testing tools
Responsible for Profit/Loss & budget
Responsible for multiple engagements at one time
