A Dublin, Ohio company has an opening for an IT Audit Consultant. Salary in the $60K-$70K range, depending on experience.
Job Duties
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills and a Team player. Experience in IT audit performing integrated and IT audits. Experience using data extraction tools. Certified Information Systems Auditor Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities: Perform integrated; risk based audits to assess reliability of financial reporting, effectiveness and efficiency of operations and compliance with laws and regulations. Collaborate with members of the engagement team (financial/operational and IT) to plan the engagement and develop work programs timelines, risk assessments, and other planning documents. Work with the audit team to document the business processes dependent on information technology. Experience in application auditing (JDE, SAP, Oracle) General IT controls evaluation experience, with various platforms (AS400, UNIX, and NT). Ability to extract and analyze data for use on IT and business process audits. Experience with ACL.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in MIS, Computer Science or related. CISA preferred. 1-3 years integrated/IT audit experience of which a portion is preferably with a professional services accounting firm. Effective oral and written communication and personal skills. Effective time management skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the business units. Background in MIS and/or IT Audit, good technical skills. 45%-50% travel Commitment of 24-36 months in Corporate Audit department with a dynamic and ever-changing business environment. Work in diverse business environments. Willing and able to travel by car and airplane.
