Public Audit Experience - Ideal Big 4 CPA with 4 to 6 years experience;
knowledge of regarding preparation of Financial Statements and the
inter-relationship of balance sheet, statement of cash flows, P/L
Project Management with the ability to influence others without formal
reporting role; includes planning and risk management from development of
reports to ongoing monitoring of control enhancements; Ability to break down
a long project timeline into manageable interim goals and set expectations
form a diverse group that attainment is the only acceptable outcome;
Multi-location/team lead experience
SW Implementation experience/SOX software experience - establish repository
for all compliance policies related to SOX
Policy design, procedural & internal control review, assessment,
documentation, testing & remediation; process re-engineering & flowcharting
experience
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact across all functions within
company nationally & internationally -Identify issues and prepare updates
for Management/Audit Committee & BOD; Prompt identification of roadblocks to
success and communicating those upward so that they can be minimized and
eliminated
Design, communication & implementation of company wide policies & procedures
