Our client, a fast growth NASDAQ company in NYC is seeking a qualified Director of Internal Audit to start up and develop the audit function. Great opportunity with very strong compensation plan including base, bonuses and stock options. Must be CPA with 8-15 years experience in BIg 4 and corp with SOX exposure. Will have opprtunity to deveop the dept and move to key financial executive role in the company in 1-2 years
