Hi All,
I am currently doing a dissertation on the impact of Sarbarnes oxley on UK companies.
I would like to obtain a list of all uk companies that are registered and affected by the new act.
Does anyone know how I can get hold of this list. I have search the net, but to no avail

You may start with NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) which is the largest equities marketplace in the world

Dear Grant
I am doing a dissertation at the moment on the benefits that UK companies can obtained from applying some SOX principles in their pursuit for good governance and analysing the impact of SOX on them. As you’ve done/ still doing a dissertation which is quite simirlar it would be very interesting if we could exchange our thoughts on the topic. Would you minf sharing some of your ideas?
