Consultants needed for Sarbanes Software/Consulting Firm 690

Complyant Solutions, LLC is looking for Sarbanes-Oxley consultants (contract-to-hire) experienced in project management and internal controls identification, design, and assessment.
Responsibilities will range from Complyant Sarbanes-Oxley software implementations (involving controls design evaluation) to comprehensive controls consulting, including: identification of control issues, recommendations for internal control improvements, involvement with management in the remediation process of control issues, test plan preparation (based on walkthroughs and control activities), and workpaper documentation.
Other Qualifications:
-CPA and/or CIA and/or CISA
-Sarbanes consulting experience (documentation, test plans, and testing)
-Good understanding of COSO and/or COBIT
-Detail-oriented and practical in the completion of projects with the capacity to multitask effectively while working in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding strict deadlines
-Outstanding interpersonal skills, positive and balanced in communications with individuals at all levels, while willingly developing relationships with customer and project team
-Analytical skills to resolve issues at hand.
-Organized and dedicated with exceptional follow-through
Projects start ASAP. Some opportunities may involve domestic and international travel.
