Our client is a large consulting company who is in immediate need of several consultants to assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance projects in several companies located in the New York City area. Qualifications include: minimum of 2 months experience in the documentation process of Sarbanes-Oxley, Internal Audit with large corporations, Big 4 or Big 8 experience a plus. IT Audit experience a big plus. USD60-65/hour.
