Third party vendors 1060



  • We are considering using a third party call center to take inbound calls from our employees for any issue regarding non-compliance with sarbanes oxley. I was wondering if there are any companies currently doing this.



  • I would imagine that there are many other companies doing this - especially giventhe ‘whistle blower’ protection afforded by the Act. Outsourcing it can make it (more) demonstrable independent.
