SOX Section 401 J and Risk 1297

Hi everyone,
Would SOX section 401 J mean that companies under SOX would have to disclose their risk assessments (and not just financial risk - I am talking environmental and otherwise) ?
The reason I ask is that risk has the potential to affect future financial conditions, be it financial risk or otherwise.
