    a) If the Service provider Comapny is Privately owned , can a Public Comapny , expect SAS 70 Type II from the Service provider who is managing their infrastructure?
    b) Is EDI VAN service provider transmitting Invoices (Type 180) required to provide SAS 70 Type II report ?
