Aggregation of deficiencies 2276

The company I’m currently working for employs a different method for aggregating deficiencies that I’ve experienced. Would love to hear how others aggregate deficiencies. Here, all deficiencies are dollarized and are ‘added up’ to determine if a significant deficiency or material weakness exists. My former company aggregated on similar themes, linked accounts, etc - not all across the board. What are you doing?
