Does anyone have any example companies that disclose their non-compliance with SOX in their MD_and_A?

complianceweek.com offers a free trial period and has a search functionality to find material weakness disclosures of issuers. Typically they are disclosed in the item of form 10-K or form 20-F that deals with internal control (i.e. item 15 in the case of a form 20-F), but some issuers talk about the problems in the risk section or the MD and A section in addition to the internal controls section.
