Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Contract, 6-months, Seattle, WA 75

GeoLogics Corporation has up to 11 openings for Sarbanes-Oxley 404 test planners and one subject matter expert for a client in the Seattle area. The start date is ASAP and the duration is approximately 6 months. The client is paying all expenses on-site including one flight per week.
One of the positions is for a subject matter expert in access management. The right consultant will have experience having done this type of work before in complex large scale remediation/implementation. The task will be:- Assimilate and assess the situation.
- Work with them to help them understand what they are doing with 2004 SOX compliance.
- Help them draft the roadmap for 2005 integration and improvemt of access management across their system.
- Function as the Identity and Access Management subject matter expert.
The other positions are for experienced SOX 404 test plan developers for both the application controls and General Computer Controls aspects of 404. They would prefer someone with audit/controls background, CISA or CPA would be a huge plus. However, at this time the client is more interested in individuals who have both the Business and Technical side of things so the consultant can stay on during the testing phase of the project.
