  • BlackRock, one of the largest publicly traded investment management firms in the United States with USD310 billion of assets under management as of June 30, 2004 is seeking a Vice President in our Finance Department.
    The Finance Group is seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible for, but not limited to overseeing BlackRock’s compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, 404 and 302, requiring integration and coordination with operating units, Finance, Risk Management, Internal Audit and External Audit.
    The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years experience in corporate auditing/finance with knowledge of business operating units and administrative functions. Strong analytical skills, project management coordination and documentation skills needed. Ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization.
