300/day…i guess for an analyst…that’s pretty good…
however after managing 3 global SOX projects in the USA…i would not settle anything lesst than 600 pounds

My experience is that SOx analysts/auditors are getting GBP300 plus outside London and GBP500 plus in London. Higher in financial services.
Increase by GBP100-200/day for project managers.
Double those rates for next year if your project is behind shcedule.

300 pounds is way low… I just finished up a contract at USD90.00 US dollars an hour with unlimited overtime and all expenses paid. I usually worked 10 hour days so I was making USD900 US dollars a day.
I’ve emailed him and advised him of my availability for this position but wouldn’t take it for 300 pounds that’s for sure.
And on that note… experienced Sarbanes-Oxley IT Auditor availabe for engagement. Prefer international travel as I have no children/pets to keep me in the US. Resume at the URL in my signature line.

Jennifer, I guess you missed the word ‘plus’ that was after the 300.
Anyway USD90/hour is barely more than GBP300/day for a ‘normal’ working day given that there is USD1.90 to GBP1
