I am looking for somebody with excellent knowledge of the business,
communication skills and excellent understanding of Sabanes-Oxley
requirements.
I could describe required responsabilities as follows:
Liaise with Finance and IT project teams in CIBM sites.
Identify systems corresponding to business processes defined by
Finance Sarbanes-Oxley project teams.
Provide IT documentation for the required processes and systems, when
available.
when the documentation is not available or not sufficient for SOX
project requirement, participate, with systems projects teams, in
documenting the processes.
Liaise with users and particularly finance, operations and business.
Document project requirements, circulate regular updates in CIBM.
Contract Length: 6 Months ( Ext)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Rate: GBP400 p/d

My client is on of the leading (top 10) investment banks in the world. Working directly for the bank we are looking for 2x Consultants with excellent Investment Banking Business Analyst skills and an excellent understanding of Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Your role will be to liaise with finance and IT project teams on the Bank sites, Identify systems corresponding to business processes defined by Finance Sarbanes-Oxley project teams. To qualify for this role you will have at least 4 years Business Analyst experience within Investment Banking and at least 6 months SOX experience for investment bank. This is an ongoing requirement and all applications are treated in the strictest of confidence. A full spec is available.
