Have approx. 6 months direct SOX experience with large project covering several major areas. Prefer Broward, Palm Beach, or N Dade location but will do reasonable travel.
Also have strong system implementation skills. Worked with SAP, Mapics, and other packages. Excellent testing, documentation and communication skills. Hands-on SEC reporting skills as well which I found to be very helpful with SOX issues. Prior experience as Controller and Dir of Finance.
MBA in Finance and public accounting experience as well.
