Expat SOX salaries in Eastern Europe 1445

Can anyone give me at least an approximate idea as to what would be the salary for an expat CPA in the field of SOX consulting (couple of years audit experience, couple of years SOX experience) with a Big 4 firm at the manager level in former USSR countries and Eastern European countries? Thank you.

This reply if slightly dated and I apologize if it is no longer needed…but, when I saw that it was still ‘open’, I thought I would take a shot to answer or at least provide some useful feedback.
The Robert Half 2006 Salary Guide can be modified to adjust for COLA and other international considerations relevant to an expat CPA, experience/qualifications, and other considerations.
