Material Weakness Threshold Benchmarking 1626

I am working on benchmarking thresholds that other companies are using to calculate material weakness when they have a deficiency - for example .5 of revenue? 5% of net profit, etc. and what audit firms they use. Would any one be willing to share information of what is being done at their location?%0AThanks in advance.
