Can anyone give me a clear SOX definition of a Policy, Process and Procedure?
I am starting to get confused in Process and Procedure.

A policy is something documented that must be followed.
A process usually refers to the financial reporting cycle ( e.g procure to pay, Quote to cash, Payroll etc)
A procedure is the method in which the process is operated.
