Sepration of Duties 3241



  • Hi, I am looking at combining my Billing Process, Collection Process, and Credit process into one department. The Department will be Managed by my Credit/Collection Manager.
    The generation of Credit Memos and cash Application will stay with the AR Team.
    The Company is a Distributor.
    Is there any section that SOX specifically talks to this type of restructuring?
