Projects normally take 60-90 days to complete and the Managing Consultant will manage projects for 8-10 customers at once. %0AA Managing Consultant will also participate in some business development activities and contribute to the product direction by working closely with Product Management.%0AA Managing Consultant will demonstrate leadership by facilitating requirements gathering sessions, writing well-defined statements of work and specification documents, and driving projects to successful deployment by leveraging firm resources as appropriate. The successful candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, solid technical experience, and must be able to successfully drive multiple projects in parallel. A Managing Consultant’s objectives will be passionate about customer needs, conduct business with uncompromising integrity, set and attain ambitious goals, and execute to win.%0AThis position requires extensive (50%-60%) short-term travel.%0APositions are currently open in our Waltham, MA and Chicago Offices.%0AMandatory Skills and Experience%0A * Strong financial experience in auditing or working in a Controller’s office%0A * At least 6 years of project management and functional leadership experience with a minimum of 3 years experience implementing and/or leading implementations of enterprise business applications software%0A * At least 6 years business consulting experience in the areas of workflow automation, change management and business processes re-engineering%0A * Demonstrable experience working within and defining the framework of a proven implementation methodology%0A * Strong customer-centric attitude and strong troubleshooting skills%0A * Excellent interpersonal communications and technical and business writing skills%0A * A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA highly desirable%0ADesirable Skills and experience%0A * Demonstrated success in an early stage market%0A * Exposure to COSO methodologies%0A * Familiarity with Risk Management, Business Intelligence, Corporate Governance, Data Asset Management and/or Business%0A Process Management solutions
