ITIL Documentation 2433

Just a shot in the dark but I was hoping someone might have information regarding Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) documentation. I have looked all over the internet and have been unable to locate any detail information on ITIL.
I was hoping to use ITIL concepts and ideology as a template to mirror with COBIT in hopes to achieve SOX compliancy.
