Silly question what does POA stand for??? 2440
Silly question for you, but i have to ask someone. I am looking over other IT policies, leeching information off of them, and i keep running in to the acro POA, any help on what this stands for?

I would guess, depending on what type of your policy you are looking at, it may mean any number of things, here’s is where I have seen it used:
Point of Access
Plan of Attack/Action
Power of Attorney
Period of Adjustment
Again, without the context of the policy you were looking at, I can’t be too specific.

Oh i figured it out, they define it later in the document. It means position of authority, within the context they used it.
