Can anyone tell me where I can find the entire document of the EU Commission called ‘Modernising Company Law and Enhancing Corporate Governance in the European Union - A Plan to Move Forward’?.
This is considered as a (part of) the European answer to SOX…
I have found the roundtable summary on this Action Plan, but could not figure out where to look for the original document in full length.
