We have to date documented all our business cycles and processes and are in the process of doing testing. I am in the process of drafting up a list of reporting requirements for all our Business units. The obvious ones of course are to list out all the identified deficiencies, any significant changes to internal controls, unverified controls based on guidelines etc.
Are there other type of information the people in this forum provide to their senior execs to manage and monitor the compliance process?
Any suggestions will be most helpful? Thank you in advance.

Organizations must create some committees. The results of failure to do the proper things: Material weaknesses
Project Team Section 404 : Reports to Steering Committee
Steering committee Section 404 : Reports to Certifying Officers and cooperates with Disclosure Committee
Disclosure committee : Reports to Certifying Officers and cooperates with Audit Committee
Certifying Officers and Audit Committee : Report to the Board of Directors
